Join Us

You’ll be automatically enrolled at your fist appointment and start earning points straight away. Your balance appears on your email receipt and can be viewed anytime in your online account.

Build Points

For every £1 spent in the salon (excluding packages), you’ll earn one point. Your points add up with every visit until you reach the reward threshold.

Reward Yourself

Once you’ve collected enough points, a £10 voucher will be added to your account to spend on any of our professional salon products.

T&Cs

The not-so-fun but really important legal stuff:

  • All customers are automatically opted in. No registration required.
  • Gift vouchers and store credits also collect points when applied to sale.
  • Packages are not included in the points collection.
  • Points are automatically removed if transaction is refunded, or invoice is deleted.
  • Rewards can only be used to pay for in salon products but do not include electronics.
  • Reward points expire after a period of 18 months.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
