Patch Tests
A patch test is compulsory for all appointments* involving hair dye, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, lash lifts and eyebrow lamination. This is to safeguard against allergic reactions to the products used in treatment.
*All new clients, including those who have gone more than six months without a dye treatment must undergo a patch test.
Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours or failure to attend will incur a fee of up to 100% of the service value.
Cancellation within 48 hrs of an appointment will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Please contact the salon as soon as possible to discuss cancellations and rearranging your treatment.
